Graduation Success Guarantee
Park City Culinary Institute is committed to helping dedicated students succeed.
Most students complete each certificate program within approximately six (6) months.
To qualify for the Graduation Success Guarantee, a student must:

- submit all required work on time;
- actively participate in instructor feedback;
- make a genuine, good-faith effort to apply instructor feedback and meet program standards;
- remain in good academic standing; and

If a student satisfies all of the above requirements but does not demonstrate the competency required for graduation, Park City Culinary Institute will, at its sole discretion, either:
- continue providing instructional support at no additional tuition until the student demonstrates the required competency; or
- issue a full refund of the tuition paid for that certificate program.
The remedy selected by Park City Culinary Institute shall constitute the student's sole and exclusive remedy under this Graduation Success Guarantee.
Students who do not complete all required coursework within the six-month certificate period are not eligible for this guarantee and may be required to re-enroll at the tuition rates then in effect to continue or complete the program.
